FOUNDER AND CEO
Niraj is the CEO of Arion Hospitality Solutions and is hands on with the Arion Hospitality clients, developing their strategies across all market segments and providing sales representation.
Over the past twenty-five plus years he has assisted many businesses with pre-opening strategies to ensure successful first year occupancies as well as providing on-going strategies to increase revenue, improve market share and develop new markets.
Niraj’s immense experience brings on board an array of strategic and tactical skills to greatly assist hotels and resorts in their pre-opening as well as day-to-day operations.
MAYUR VAJA
REVENUE & DISTRIBUTION
Mayur started his career in the Front Office and moved to Revenue & Distribution. In the last 15 years, he has held several senior Revenue Management roles including Area Revenue Manager and Director of Revenue for different national and international brands.
With his extensive experience in yield and pricing strategy as well as training and distribution management, Mayur has increased revenue performance across section of products including Hotels, Resorts and Apartments.
